We want to be really clear about what this membership is (and isn’t), so we can keep this a safe, supportive and respectful space for everyone. Please read the following carefully before signing up.

📝 Membership Terms & Conditions
 

1. Your Privacy Matters

• Your personal details will be stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR laws.

• We’ll never share your data with anyone else unless you’ve said we can — or if we’re legally required to.
   

2. Payments & Cancellations

• Membership is charged monthly from the date you join.

• You can pay by debit/credit card, digital wallet (e.g. Apple Pay) or bank transfer.

• You’re free to cancel anytime by dropping us an email to – hello@shropshiremenopausehub.com

• If you cancel after a payment has gone through, that month won’t be refunded — but no further payments will be taken.
   

3. Keeping It Respectful – Our Code of Conduct

We’re here to support, not judge. By joining, you agree to:

• Be kind, respectful and supportive of fellow members.

• Keep all conversations confidential — what’s shared in the group stays in the group.

• Avoid giving medical advice or unsolicited tips to others.

• No offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.

If someone breaks these ground rules, we may need to end their membership without a refund.
 

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

This membership is here to support your health, but everyone’s journey is different. We can’t guarantee specific results — what you get out of it depends on what you put in, and your individual circumstances.
 

5. Content & Copyright

All content shared inside the membership — including videos, handouts, and recordings — belongs to the Shropshire Menopause Hub. These materials are for your personal use only and mustn’t be copied, shared, or used elsewhere without permission.
 

6. Technology Stuff

We’ll do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but sometimes tech hiccups or updates may cause temporary disruption. We may also update how content is delivered to make your experience better.
